Step-by-Step Process 

Step 1: Choose Your Business Activity

Step 3: Register Trade Name 

Apply for a unique trade name (brand name) via the DED or Free Zone portal. It must be non-offensive, relevant, and available. 

Step 4: Submit Initial Approval 

Apply for initial approval from the chosen authority. This includes passport copies, business plan (if needed), and owner details. 

Step 5: Sign MOA / LSA Agreement

For Mainland: Draft a Memorandum of Association (MOA) with a UAE national or partner. 

For Free Zone: A simple application form or service agreement suffices. 

Step 6: Lease Office or Virtual Desk
